As the founder and property manager at Surge Real Estate and Property Management LLC, I am dedicated to providing a seamless, full-service experience for property owners and tenants in the RDU (Raleigh-Durham) area. With a background in finance and real estate, coupled with extensive experience on both the ownership and management sides of the business, my goal is to offer personalized, hands-on service that meets the unique needs of every client.
I hold a degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina, with a minor in Real Estate. My career began in real estate analysis, where I spent five years refining my expertise in property valuation, market research, and financial forecasting. Prior to founding Surge, I served as an Asset Management Analyst at a large multifamily developer, where I oversaw operations for 6,000+ units and managed over $1 billion in assets. This experience gives me a strategic perspective on property management—one rooted in operational efficiency, financial acumen, and long-term value.
As a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, I offer a comprehensive range of services, including leasing, marketing, accounting, and maintenance management. I take pride in understanding the specific needs of each property owner and delivering tailored solutions that ensure their investments are well-maintained, profitable, and stress-free. The core values of honesty, hard work, and dedication guide my approach, both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf, watching Gamecock football, and spending quality time with my family.
